Hall Family Photos
Cherokee, North Carolina
Next>>

I made my first trip to Cherokee, North Carolina with my Dad and both Granddads after graduating high school. I immediately fell in love with the place. I've always felt right at home there, maybe because I have some Cherokee blood.

I have long been fascinated with Native American lore in general and Cherokee history and beliefs in particular. I think they can still teach us a lot about living ecologically and sustainably.

These pictures show some of the natural beauty of the region, but photos can't capture the panoramic views. If you ever have the chance to go and see Cherokee for yourself, it's well worth the trip.
